1. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they post, upload, share, send, or otherwise make available through BUBO. This includes text, images, videos, audio, links, files, and any other material.
By using BUBO, you agree that you will not upload, post, or distribute any content that:
- is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or fraudulent
- infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
- contains harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse
- contains sexually exploitative material
- contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- contains extreme graphic violence, gore, or other seriously disturbing material
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or criminal activity
- contains malware, spam, phishing, or other harmful code
2. Zero-Tolerance Content
BUBO has a zero-tolerance policy for certain categories of content.
Any content involving the following is strictly prohibited:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- sexual exploitation of minors
- extreme graphic violence
- content created to glorify or encourage severe real-world violence
If such content is detected, reported, or otherwise comes to our attention, BUBO may take immediate action, including:
- removing the content without notice
- suspending or permanently banning the account
- preserving relevant records
- reporting the matter to law enforcement or competent authorities where required or appropriate
3. Moderation and Enforcement
BUBO reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content or account at its sole discretion, especially where necessary to:
- enforce these rules
- protect users and the public
- comply with legal obligations
- prevent abuse of the platform
We may act with or without prior warning.
4. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report content or accounts that violate these rules. BUBO may investigate reports and take action it considers appropriate.
False, malicious, or abusive reporting may itself be treated as a violation.
5. No Guarantee of Continuous Monitoring
BUBO may use automated tools, human review, user reports, or a combination of methods to detect prohibited content. However, we do not guarantee that all harmful or unlawful content will be identified immediately or prevented entirely.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, repeatedly infringes the rights of others, or uses the platform in a way that creates legal, safety, or reputational risk.
Users whose accounts are terminated for serious violations may be permanently banned from returning to the platform.
7. Legal Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable laws when using BUBO. BUBO reserves the right to cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, or law enforcement authorities.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
BUBO provides a platform for user-generated content. Content posted by users reflects the views and actions of those users alone and does not necessarily reflect the views of BUBO.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUBO disclaims liability for user-submitted content, including unlawful, offensive, inaccurate, or misleading material posted by third parties.
9. Changes to This Policy
BUBO may update this page from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
